I was wondering if anyone who has purchased within these subdivisions had anything they would like to share. Was the builder decent? Were there a lot of problems with the new construction? Do you like living in the subdivision? Are there many covenants?
Thanks in advance for any information! |

I don't live in any of them, but I've been through Lake Zachry many times and I love it. It's very nice and upscale 300K and up.

We are considering purchasing a home in the Lake Zachary subdivision. I would appreciate an comments from current owners or anyone who has had experience with the community.

Can't help much w/ Lake Zachary but we do work with the builders in Beaconsfield and Beaumont Farms. I don't know if those subdivisions are in the same school district as Lake Zachary though.
