Default Milllegeville, Mitchell, Sandersville

My stepson bought some cheap property up there, we just got back It is beautiful up there. Does anyone have anything to say about the area off Hwy 102 near the State Park near Mitchell. what would be negatives to the area.

He bought 13 areas are 2000 each.

I currentley live in Milledgeville (Baldwin county), but originally from Sandersville(Washington county). These two would be better than Glascock county (Mitchell) I would definatley not advise anyone to purchase in Glascock County. It is a poor area.

Thank for insight, they are moving end of this month. No stores nearby, but they got land haha. I like having Grocery stores nearby. I noticed old abandon homes like crazy everywhere I pasted from Milledgeville to Sandersville, We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Milledgeville was very nice.
and they actually have Applebee and Chili to eat at.
Mitchell only had one town nearby with small family restaurant to eat at.

it is a get place but some of the people are not that friendly.and you have to travel just to go shoping for food. it is a roomer town. and there is only 2 placese you can eat at one in mitchell(Daisy's) and one in Gibson(Urshery's dinner).but it is a run down town thats why i am trying to move out of there.
