I need to rent a house by October 31, 2006 in Floyd County area.
Regarding the Rome and Floyd County area in Georgia:
I need to find a new two bedroom, two baths home to lease by October 31, 2006, when our apt. lease expires. It should be on ground level and wheelchair accessible. Walk-in closets, pantry in kitchen, washer and dryer connections, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, total electric, central heat and air conditioning, and yard maintenance included. We are two seniors who are neat and clean, non-smokers, no pets, and quiet. One of the bathrooms could have a shower instead of a bathtub. Also porches would be nice. Near a supermarket. Would not mind relocating to another small northwestern GA town that has good shopping available.
