Default Buying Condo in Lithonia - Good Idea ?
I am thinking of buying a condo in the Willowwick subdivision , is this a good investment area in Dekalb for rental and property value?

Lithonia people think they live in zone 6. East Atlanta.. So you should post this in the Atlanta forum. Dekalb county is apart of metro Atl.
