Default Info on Elbert and Oconee Counties
Am interested in finding out whatever information about these two counties as I can. Am relocating my family to N. Georgia over the summer, had plans to go to Barrow County and we still might. Weighing all our options though.
Don't know ANYTHING about these two counties.

Could somebody please share something..................
