lionandlamb, look up the yellow pages for the Columbus area, send resume's to as many electrical and engineering firms as he can. Also try some of the local companies (Total System Services, Panasonic, AFLAC, Fort Benning, Pratt & Whitney, West VACO, Columbus State University, Swift Spinning, The Southern Company (GA Power and AL Power)...) I hope this helps. By the way, I assume you are talking about Hamilton, GA in Harris County. There is plenty of work here for electricians (it would help if he has his GA license).
