Does anyone have experience with Scenic Homes? I found a couple of postings on "theripoffreport" but they could be "sour grapes". Does anyone on this forum have any experience buying or living in a home built by Scenic Homes?

thanks so much!

I'd be interested, too, to learn of the pros and cons of this builder.

I would have liked to ask the neighbors while touring the homes but we had so little time. I do see that they have neighborhoods popping up all over Metro Georgia as well as other southeastern states. Of course, that doesn't mean much to me. Toll Brothers have subdivisions popping up all over the country and from the few neighborhoods I've seen in my state, their work is pretty but also pretty shoddy. It looks great until its been lived in for a bit. This is why I would especially appreciate any feedback from anyone who has lived in a home built by Scenic.

They changed their name to Savvy Homes and are operating out of Raleigh NC. I would find out how to bring a lawsuit against them. They are building homes in our neighborhood now in Cape Fear crossing and we are trying to stop them because of all the drama when they were scenic homes and now as Savvy Homes.
