I would have liked to ask the neighbors while touring the homes but we had so little time. I do see that they have neighborhoods popping up all over Metro Georgia as well as other southeastern states. Of course, that doesn't mean much to me. Toll Brothers have subdivisions popping up all over the country and from the few neighborhoods I've seen in my state, their work is pretty but also pretty shoddy. It looks great until its been lived in for a bit. This is why I would especially appreciate any feedback from anyone who has lived in a home built by Scenic.
