canton (Atlanta, Cumming: work, schools, crime)

looking into canton how's the traffic and crime am i gona be ok lol looks like a nice area from what i seen of it or do you think cumming is better thanks in advance

Depends on where you will work? Canton is nice, I Do not like Cumming because of the political climate in that county. Canton is closer to Atlanta.
In the past few years there has been racial problems in the Cumming area.

I am biased because I live in Canton, but I would pick Canton over Cumming. Off hours, Cumming is quicker into Atlanta, but if you have to commute to the city for work, I would definitely pick Canton because 400 is a beast!

Traffic is not pleasant on 575 or 75 either, but not as horrendous as 400 is during rush hour (I've taken both). The around town traffic is great in Canton.

Canton is very up and coming, so you are still relatively close to everything while still being pleasantly rural. But that is all changing rapidly...with new growth every time you turn around. Great for property values, as I see it.

thank you both i think i will pick canton i loved great sky thank you both sooooooooooooo much i comming up next week for2 week to buy and get all my stuff do like ins and stuff. i sure i'll love it .i didn't know there were troble in cumming i looked into vickory it looked nice the schools were very good .were in our 50's so our kids our grown we weremore if we didn't like it resale but ithink well love it were in orlando now . thanks again you 2 enjoy your day
