hi, this is kerry, i live in southeast fla but am planning to relocate to north ga very soon. my son goes to covenant college, hes starting his second year soon, also works there as a plumber, for work study.
its a great place, very beautiful. try realtor.com if you are looking for somewhere to buy there. st elmos is neat, considered chattanooga but its a transition neighborhood, so that might be a factor. otherwise there are plenty of places to live around the mountain. i think GA has lower taxes.
