I love New Buffalo and St. Joseph. They are a little touristy but so beautiful.

Ludington. It is a smaller town but within driving distance to bigger cities for shopping.

Who am I to argue?

Plus there are tons of orchards and farms for farm fresh food as well as some nice things during the summer downtown that don't cost anything for families to come out and have a good time.

They're all great! They're all great! I love Lake Michigan UP and Down! LOL but since I'm originally from Three Oaks I am definately partial to New Buffalo. Small town yes but a lot of culture and vibe comes from Chicago!

Really visit it its awesome. Also there are a lot of very interesting restaurants and plenty of other things to do there.
and Oval Beach
