The other two were/are 28th Street (South Beltline), and Wilson (West Beltline.) The name of the well-known Beltline Bar “home of the wet burrito” at the corner of Division and 28th is a remnant from when 28th Street was more popularly known as the South Beltline.
M-6 is now the South Beltline, as far as I know. I've never heard of anyone refer to 28th Street as the South Beltline, although now I know how the Beltline Bar got its name! (I always wondered that)

I take Wilson quite a bit for work now and they need to expand that to a West Beltline all the way from I-196 to 3 Mile. It's a long line of cars many times now, and only 4 lanes in certain stretches.

Developer plans 248-unit apartment community | 2017-03-09 | Grand Rapids Business Journal

Construction starting on 248 units by Knapps Corners. I also drove by a similar community on Wyoming that is pretty far along at 54th and Wilson. Up the street from the crazy castle going in at 28th and Wilson in Grandville. As all of these units become available it'll be interesting to see if it has an affect on population estimates. Some theories have been that the lack of housing (let alone affordable) has choked pop. estimates from being as robust as they could be. Those come out this week. My nerd self is excited to see what they say about Metro GR.

New apartments are beginning to open up on Belknap Lookout | MLive.com

Gateway at Belknap getting ready to open.

I really think Belknap is going to be the most transformed neighborhood in the city by 2020.

State agency clears $970K tax capture for 'Lofts on Wealthy' housing project | MLive.com

This is one of the projects I forgot to mention in an earlier post. Lofts on Wealthy, the old Kregel publishing headquarters. I don't think there's a building on that stretch of Wealthy that hasn't been rehabbed, or isn't currently under construction.

Interesting photo shoot about the "Castle" being built in Grandville. A lot of the urban enthusiasts on different boards are just slaying this for being hokey. Most people I talk to in the general public think it's pretty cool and want to live there. I do think it will be successful. It's nice for GR finally to have some height outside of the core like other metros.

Construction begins on 'affordable' housing project on Medical Mile | MLive.com

They are breaking ground on another apartment project in Midtown. This one in front of "The Brix at Midtown" on Michigan. This makes 2 active sites in Midtown with the monstrosity of Diamond Place over halfway done, now that The Brix is completed. There are still a few blocks of Blight along Michigan that I'd love to see get bought up and developed before Midtown starts looking put together.
