Kendall is a nationally-recognized school, as far as I know. I attended an art show there once, it was excellent.

Great, and Grand Rapids is an awesome city. Big and cultural but not dirty and 'urban' Kendall is connected to Ferris State University in Big Rapids MI. I applied to go to Kendall years ago, but ended up going else where. Good luck, its a great place, you will have fun.
