GR area Apartments near Belmont or Roguewood Elementary Schools (Kentwood: relocating, rental)

My husband's job may be relocating us to the area and so far we like the Belmont/Plainfield Twp areas. We liked both Belmont Elementary and Roguewood Elementary and since we need temporary housing, wondered if there are any good apartments near those schools.

Also any comments on that area? Could anyone tell us a realistic commute time from those schools to the Kentwood area?

The only rental places I can think of in that area are some townhomes near Northland Drive and Kuttshill, and some duplexes in that same area on Pleasantview St NE:
