Default Thornapple vs Pine Ridge?

We are from out of town and are considering a move into the Forest Hills District. Could anyone give me some pros/cons regarding these two elementary schools and the neighborhoods surrounding them?

We are looking for neighborhoods with younger children, around the very low 200,000's or less! We don't necessarily want a new house, but not a neighborhood that is predominately old or 'tired' looking either if that makes sense. Is either one of these areas a better bet?

Thanks!

We live in the Pine Ridge boundary. Both elementary schools (Y5-4) feed into the Woodlands 5/6, Central Middle school, and Central High School. We've lived here for 4 years but lived in the FH district since 1999.

All the schools in FH are good. The neighborhoods you are looking near Pine Ridge and Thornapple are pretty similar, with lots of trees, bike trails, and the Thornapple River nearby. You cannot go wrong with either schools.

Good luck on your move!
