Default Two new projects to kick off in downtown GR

Two new mixed-use projects are getting ready to break ground in downtown GR. One is Gallery on Fulton, at the corner of Fulton & South Division, which will contain the new home of the Urban Institute of Contemporary Art, and a tower containing 56 apartments. Project is going for LEED Certification.







The other project is called "38", at 38 Commerce Ave, and will contain apartments, office space, and ground-floor retail wrapped around a new city-owned parking ramp:
