Default Know any Good fishing spots in Michigan??

I'm looking for any good fishing spots around the Grand Rpaids area. Let's say within 40 miles. I know the Salmon are going now and I like the Muskegon River. Any other good places around??

The rogue river is usually good for salmon and steelies. a good spot is right around a golf course... i'm not too sure exactly where it is because i'm never the one driving.

Baptist Lake in the cove was always a good place to fish. Especially early in the morning.

Know where softwater lake is? Its tiny and almost no one fishes there. You won't catch huge fish in there but if you're interested in having a good time catching a LOT of fish, you can get about 20 bass in an hour.

You can fish right downtown below the dam on the Grand. Very busy there right now - lots of salmon and steelies running.
