Default Living Near Holland Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP)

Does anyone live near the Holland Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP)? I'm wondering if there are any complaints or concerns that I should be aware of before moving into a house within its proximity. They seem to have a Web site with incredible disclosure and gobs of information, however, I've got a a family and want to know if anyone living near there has any opinions or data worth sharing.

This plant used to be a problem (odors, etc.) but millions of dollars were spent and frankly I have not smelled ANYthing while driving by in the past 5-7 years now. There are some very high end condos right next door, and no one has complained in years.

Sometimes I notice a bad smell when I am crossing over the River Street bridge, but not very often. Not positive that is from the WWTP or not?

I kayak regularly in the swamp/river and there is a slight smell, but only sometimes. However, people here seem to associate the frequent closure of Dunton Beach (due to ecoli - happened again last week) with the WWTP.

Millions have been spent to upgrade that plant so it can't be from there. More likely the manure/fertilizer coming downstream from farms.
