Joe Knight is on a distinguished road
Default ethnic diversity in Michigan

Can anyone tell me where i can find the most ethnically diverse county or city in the state of Michigan? I live in Kentwood and my hunch is that it would rank at the top. Thanks.

I'd say Ann Arbor, then East Lansing.

Of course, lookin' at all us white folks.....

...kinda hard to tell where we're from.

The Netherlands, Finland, Poland, Ireland, Scotland, Germany.....

Of course, we're not from these countries.

We were all born in one of the pleasant peninsulas......

You can tell by our surnames regarding "heritage".

If your last name starts with a "Van" or ends with an "ma".....chances are you're from the western side of the lower.....

Not me though, even if I have family in those parts. I'm a Yooper, and DM me for some really bad Finlander jokes.....

I think you're right. I read once that Kentwood has over 100 different nationalities represented in its high school, and countless languages.
