Hi. I am guessing there are more young people on this forum (I love your GR forum, by the way) but even many of you have those over 65 in your family.
I really need to find a gerontologist -geriatrician. If anyone knows of one who listens to the patient and respects their intelligence and input, please let me know. I am so tired of Doctors who seem nice but in reality tune the patient out.
Internal med specialists rarely take medicare patients, I found out the last time my gynecologist tried to find me one. Gerontologists obviously will. (Unless the new health bill puts them out of business. Scary!)
