If they hadn't use duct tape, I think the pic would have been fine. But to actually duct tape it to her mouth is ridiculous.

I don't for a minute believe the duct tape was a joke either.

Apparently, grandma still doesn't get it that her "joking around" is creepy.

Dressing babies up as flowers or nestled in a large cloth pea pod is one thing.

Duct tape on the baby's cheeks or stuffing her in a roasting pan with potatoes is beyond tasteless.

Besides that, the baby looks like it has a bruised eye in the first picture and her head is cocked at an odd angle in the second one.

Time for the parents to find new child care arrangements. Grandma's gone around the bend.

Bad news for the baby, she probably inherited some of that stupidity through the genes.

I don't find it funny at all. Rather appalling. A better use of your time and better for the baby would be just to hold the baby and love it! People have gone nuts! And post it for all to see........simply insane. And to say the least of when the
tape is removed from that baby's delicate skin! Again.....just APPALLING! Shame on them. The the roasting pan idea stinks too!
And if the baby chokes or needs to cough all bound up like that! take that baby away from those idiots!

And as others have said, the duct tape on the face?!?.....that poor little soft skin is NOT going to feel good when the tape is removed.
I agree with the duct-tape-on-the-face thing, and I'll add to it by saying the baby could be in real distress as soon as she learned she can't spit out the pacifier when she needs to. I'm hoping she left it on there long enough only to get the photo.

The roasting pan was just silly -- especially the potatoes. C'mon, even I know to take the onesie off before I bake the kid!

Poor baby, the duct tape picture is just cruel. I can just imagine when the child is walking and talking, "please don't take me to Grandma's house!"
