I think a good way to understand Africa is read some of the books written by Wilbur Smith. Africa, for the most part, is driven by the different tribes. The hate, distrust between these tribes will always prevent most of Africa from moving forward.

If that hate is going to continue to exist, why not let them have their own nations?

My guess is not enough resources. Every tribe needs something from another tribe so they're forced to either fight over it.

Oh hey, it's just like gang wars in this country, except instead of fighting over vital resources, they're fighting over drugs.

GENERALLY, the majority of blacks act the same way in every country they inhabit. People try to say that the way blacks act is the fault of white people, but those descriptions of why it's a white person's fault are long and convoluted. A simpler and probably more correct reason: this is intrinsically the way most black people are.

The thing is, everyone except limousine liberals seem to realize this. Black people know it, white people know it, other races and cultures realize it. Yet, in America, we all lie to ourselves and say that all races share equal intelligence, more or less. We voice that view in public. But in private, most people don't really believe it. It's a crazy world we live in when we all agree to ignore the truth.

The tribes don't recognize geographic borders, they go where there are natural resources like a clean supply of water and land that is favorable to their herds of cattle or the wild animals they hunt for food. And when two tribes want the same resource, fights and genocide ensue.

The other aspect is that the African people don't care about planned parenthood. They have a very macho society where having many children is a sign of a man's masculinity and prowess. Many of the tribes allow for a man to have several wives. Having no children at all is an indication of weakness and impotence. And the great famines such as the ones in Ethiopia are because when the conditions are favorable, the human population increases exponentially, but when Mother Nature throws a curveball at them such as an extended drought, there is a crisis for such a primitive society since they don't think to build cisterns to hold water or storehouses to stock up on excess food. Africans live day to day without a thought for the future. And they don't seem to learn from their past mistakes and crises. They live like lemmings.

And how can you really help tribal peoples who are so ruled by superstitions and macho mindsets? How can the spread of AIDS be stopped if the men refuse to be monogamous and use condoms? And when a man dies and leaves behind a widow, tradition calls for one of his surviving brothers to marry her. And if that man has died of AIDS, his widow as it too, and she will pass along the AIDS virus to her new husband. And in the African city ghettos, the women are afraid to go to the latrines at night for fear of being raped. And during tribal wars, the women are raped by the opposing tribes. There is so much opportunity for the spread of AIDS in Africa. Meanwhile, many men over there believe that having sex with a virgin, even if that virgin is a child, will cure their AIDS.

It's such a mess over there...

Well then, what to do about the Christians in Africa(Christianity is a rapidly growing faith in Africa)? You are speaking of those who believe in superstition, and then there are Christians who don't do those superstitions.

I'm sure that the majority of the Africans who are christians also believe in superstitions just like in Haiti and in South America where christianity was introduced by missionaries to populaces that already had other spiritual beliefs and were uneducated and lacking in scientific knowledge.

And I think that it's terrible for missionaries to come into primitive countries helping others from their countries take advantage of the native peoples. They think that saving the local people's souls is just compensation for their country stealing these tribal peoples' resources and lands, and turning their countries upside-down.

Do you have any proof that Christians have superstitious beliefs?

I have never been to Africa, but I hang around and am around alot of Africans on a daily basis. The majority of them are Christians, and some go to my church.
