The only way is with a Hitler who ran everyhting and murdered all enemies within. Otherwise humans want other peoples stuff. Ask any liberal in america that wants more from the rich.
Eliminating the hate-based scapegoating and over-simplification exemplified in the above post would be the most effective way to world peace.
While I do agree that that post may have taken it too far, the poster is right in saying that there can't be a GOP... I don't think there needs to be quarantine though...

But the rich have never been richer. The rich got rich off the backs of the "non-rich". Wealth may create jobs, but without all those people working on subsistence wages the rich wouldn't have squat. No matter what the economic system is, all economies as well as societies rely on interdependence - which means everyone has to share a little...
It's things like the "stuff" and the wealth you mention here that facilitate the problem. Do you honestly think that things would be better if we let the rich have even more?
Also unfortunately, many of the alpha people live in controlled societies where none of us can reach them or even communicate with them. And they, as well as our own leaders, are responsible for conflicts and wars...
That's the part of Wikileaks which I find so irresponsible: the leakers, by necessity, are limited to doing damage only to that half of the world's leadership which (unwittingly) permits them access and voice. The other guilty ones, whose motives and goals are no less pernicious, not only refuse entry to the Assanges of the world; they promise violence and death to those who woud expose their evils. The result is to cripple and limit that portion of the world's leadership which is potentially open to enlightenment, while the other half -- the most ruthless and soulless -- is unaffected, untouched, and stengthened...
Whoa! Very well said.
I'd also add that if more of the 'beta' people would take responsibility for their lives instead of always looking to institutions (and I include government, education, media, religion, & corporations) to tell then what to do and what to think, there would be a lot less abuse of power, and a much more even distribution of power.

What you described is nothing like peace. Have a supreme leader who murders those who oppose him is the way things have always been. That's the paradigm of fear, which is the opposite of peace.

....which begs the question...how do you accomplish this?
I think the lack of peace we have today lies in people hearts & minds. When we give up the desire to feel superior to others, that is the beginning of the road to peace. Giving up that desire to feel superior is something that has to be done in the hearts & minds of individuals.
Once again, regular meditation can help with the above.
