Let me clarify...................I do not watch any sort of anything on television, netflix, notflix, movie channel, or whatever else is out there. The only thing I do watch is tutorials on youtube for crochet, not much porn going on in those.
I do not need to wash my hands, I just got out of the shower a few minutes ago and I find your humor, well attempt at humor non humorous.

My philosophy is that if a woman in a porn scene is going to do a bunch of hardcore (and degrading) stuff with a guy she doesn't even know, and for money, then. . . . .a certain standard has been set and when I'm with a woman that claims to love me, she better do at least what a woman in porn does sexually.
After all, love is more powerful than money.
After you tell your intended partner this ^^^^^^^^^^^ I do hope you can perform on cue just as good as she is expected to.........

How about we all just do what makes us happy unless it's illegal? How about that. Or will that trigger a "crisis" too?
The idea of live and let live is foreign to a lot of people. t's like people have this innate desire to control the lives of others. Maybe it's an egotistical power trip thing.

Meh...I don't see anything wrong with it as long you aren't paying for it (seriously, there is so much free porn you're a dummy if you pay for it), it doesn't become the focal point of your life, and it isn't disgusting and illegal like child porn, beastiality, or whatever other weird stuff is out there.

As far as porn go, I don't really care either way. I mean it was fun in the day to get dads playboy collection and all and stare but it gets old after awhile.
The argument is that these worse things would happen even more than they do now if it weren't for the outlet provided by pornography. Too many seem to deny basic biology that the urge for real or simulated "reproductive" activity is overwhelming.

Another thing to consider, however, is whether the people there are aware of the future implications. If somebody is a full-time porn star from say, age 20 to age 28, what are they going to do afterwards once they "age out", for lack of a better term? Granted, some continue on much later, some open their own studios, some get married to somebody with sufficient funds to support them, but I think a lot of performers don't fully think through their decision to get involved in the industry.
We do with them what we do with the child star, or the one hit wonder musician. Or what we do about the 24 year old man who spent his life since 11 years of age preparing to be a pro athlete and if he is the lottery winner who makes it to the major league of his sport? When he has finished that average career, in three years, with an education only in his sport and perhaps his body and mind mangled with no endorsements because he is not pretty enough or a public speaker. Even if he was in the top 1% in the world he probably can't make in the top 50% of his team.

From the two documentaries we watched " Hot Girls wanted" and "After Porn Ends" it's interesting to see how people men including just sort of fell into it. Even more so those who went back because they couldn't do anything else. Some got a job which at some point the employer found out who they were & fired them for it. There was one in "After Porn Ends" who saved enough money to retire but the market crashed & lost it all. She was really smart about her money & lost everything. The biggest thing I walked away with was that everyone was treated like family & no one was pushed outside of their comfort levels. I know some believe that porn like, other things should be banned but as in another part of the forum, a 90 year old was busted for having pictures of under aged girls. He got some thing like 5 days in jail for it. My thoughts on that was I would rather have him looking at it then out there molesting under aged girls. So just MAYBE him having it at home saved some girl from being molested. Maybe....

I recently watched this Ted Talk about the subject that really opened my eyes

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Ip0_bhb300

He is an academic in gender studies. I am not a bleeding heart liberal nor am I someone that judges everyone's morals but his argument show how that even by watching the most tame porn you are ultimately supporting and enabling the rape, abuse and exploitation of children. He is also non judgmental and is not telling you not to watch porn but he does make a very intellectual and logical argument

My husband and I watch it for amusement more than anything else.

I can attest that almost anything you can imagine...has been done. Last weekend at 4am, I was watching octopus agitation ink porn. No this does not turn me on, but obviously it gets some people all hot..

Watching porn in itself is not bad. Being obsessed with it and letting its viewing control you life is. I watched a little myself in the past, but it didn't do much for me. I had a husband who was addicted to it. I didn't know porn addiction was possible, but apparently it is because he needed Porn AA. He watched it many hours a day, had videos saved to his phone, shared it at work with his buddies, and pirated hundreds of porn DVDs that he kept all over the house. He even belonged to a porn rental Netflix-like club. I don't care if anyone I'm with watches it, as long as it doesn't become a serious, expensive hobby
