WWI, the Depression, and WWII made migration in general very difficult, and the advent of the Cold War with its curtains didn't help very much either. What was certainly an all-time low was reached in 1970, when the foreign-born made up just 4% of the US population. That number has been on the rise ever since. Our demographics suggest that such additions will indeed continue no matter what nativist blabbers might propose to do about it,

Nativist blabber= loaded epithets.

Why would you use that term to describe those that oppose globalism? Seems like you are trying to intentionally create a negative perception of those that favor strong borders.

"Screaming-meemies types".....loaded epithet.

...."normalization" euphemism.

What is your true agenda, sir?

Blabber spoken by nativists is nativist blabber. There are no two ways about it.

Nativists do a simply fantastic job of creating negative perceptions of themselves. They need no help at all from me. The nation has meanwhile been involved in a globalist world since well before its founding. Deniers are simply those who are unwilling or unable to face facts. "Strong borders" is meanwhile just your euphemism for knee-jerk isolationism as proposed by (ta-ta!) nativists.

No, it's a word regularly used to describe making things such as out immigration systems rational again.

There you go again, using loaded epithets like nativist, deniers, knee-jerk isolationism, (ta-ta!) nativists.

These terms have pejorative connotations and they are designed to create a negative impression of people that oppose globalism.

To anyone that might be reading this post: I encourage you to closely watch everything that Pub-911 writes. His or her game is to use ridicule as a means of suppressing truth.

They may indeed have such connotations. Do you contend that these are not fully earned and deserved? The truth of a statement is the ultimate defense against a charge of libel, you know.

Those who volunteer for ridicule most often end in receiving it.

You got it. Globalism has been a train wreck for our country. SOL- collapsed. Wages- collapsed. Imbalance of power in the hands of the corporations, elites, and globalists- check. Police state- check. The worst kind of inflation (skyrocketing costs, falling wages)- check. Surveillance state- check. Misandry and male oppression- check. Rampant corruption- check. Moral decay- check.

I've been watching your posts as well. And I think part of your game is to use ridicule as a means of suppressing truth. Globalism, despite your limited view, is a rather broad concept and is better represented by a continuum of thought, rather than a hard all-encompassing definition.

Recent and current inflation has been about the lowest since I was old enough to know what the term inflation means...and I'm 67.
