Depends on the severity of the charges. If someone is convicted of being a child molester or rapist, then no. If it was someone who at 18 had consensual sex with someone who was 16 and was prosecuted, then i don't really consider that being a sex offence. Even though it technically is.

I agree, this is totally different than a scum bag sex offender who preys on innocent children. Not an 18 year old boyfriend having sex with his under 18 girlfriend.
