Very true. Which is why the federal government needs to butt out and stop penalizing medical marijuana distributors/users who are acting legally in CA. (I think I heard they are as of a few weeks ago)

That said, I don't think pot should be legal. Medical marijuana maybe but not just for regular people to use for recreation.

Doesn't surprise me that someone who thinks teenagers should be allowed to drink also thinks that people should be allowed to smoke pot whenever they please

So is speeding, but I bet you do that on nearly a daily basis. Speeding is actually more likely to cause harm to yourself/others than a joint will. So, lets start jailing people for that to, going by your "logic" its the only rational thing to do.
