The problem with the concept....is that the only people thinking this way aren't on welfare.
I didn't mean this glibly....it's just the reality of things.
End result: In future generations....there will be less taxes accrued to pay for the increasing needs.

I visited Dr Snip Snip about 10 years ago, and it had nothing whatever to do with finances. My wife & I thought about it, talked about it, and decided that with our youngest child being 6, we really didn't want to start over with another baby.

So that was that.

I'm really not sure why a down economy would lead to rising vasectomies.
