By the constitution, no private property shall be taken for public use without just compensation. But the government never compensates the owner for property taken for unpaid taxes. Ergo, any property subject to real estate taxes is NOT private property.

I challenge you to provide ONE LAW that levies a tax on private property.
However, you shall find that every state constitution delegates the power to tax ESTATE, which is not private property.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse.

Estate is held with qualified ownership and is subject to being taken for public use.
Private property is held with absolute ownership and is protected from being taken for public use.

If you were misled to believe that estate was synonymous with private property, that is tragic. Please read the law for yourself, and then come back and make disparaging comments.

So your entire argument is based on your supposition that all forms of taxation are unconstitutional, and therefore the government has no lawful power to take steps to enforce a tax levy. Is that correct?

Your entire rebuttal is a deliberate misstatement. Pursuant to the constitution that delegates power to servant government to secure RIGHTS and PRIVATE PROPERTY, only revenue taxable privileges are subject to the government.
For example, the USCON delegates Congress with the power to levy imposts, duties and excise taxes. In short, the privilege to engage in certain occupations, buy foreign made goods, and other non-rights are subject to taxation.
Restating, real estate (or estate) is not private property. Real estate taxes are constitutional, as a tax upon the privilege to hold property with qualified ownership.
Thanks to national socialism (collective ownership abolishes absolute ownership by INDIVIDUALS), duly registered and enumerated Americans do not enjoy their endowment that the founding generation fought and died for.
