the one child policy should only be applied to the overpopulated countries which are indian countries and african countries and some asian countries and middle eastern countries.
caucasian countries have the lowest population of the 4 main races

I emphasize with you, too. But there is way too much Youth in Asia, that's part of the problem.

On the contrary, the population of Africa is very much under control. AIDS is killing them almost as fast as they can replace them. In Swaziland, the life expectancy is in the 30s.

Population increase runs out of control when the birth rate rises and the death rate falls. But in Africa most people go their entire short lives without any medical care at all, and the death rate remains high enough to keep the population from rising overly fast.

Never fear, though---we have do-gooders over there keeping people alive. And our government policy has been to obstruct any effective birth control plan.

The governments of the worlds inaction is to blame for a lot of promblems
what about the stress and damage our governments have put on the earth by having no regulation on over breeding in overpopulated countries like indian and asian and african nations.
Also include over 1000 nuclear explosion tests damaging the atmosphere
The bombs and missiles of government armies
Govt support of the most polluting companies
Govt support of extinction and over hunting of species.

How the earth copes with it all is a miracle in itself.

I'd be happy to elaborate. In the near future we will be using synthetic oil derived from plants and algea beleive it or not. From what I gather it will be a self contained system. It makes sense if you look at how it works. Apparently, algea feeds off carbon dioxide, you know that stuff that comes from burning fossil fuel and it flourishes, the waste by product from that will be oxygen and oil. And you probably know that theres almost a unlimited supply of natural gas. That stuff that comes from dumps and livestock(I dread how they will extract that from cattle, perhaps a hose jammed in it's rectum) at any rate these alternative fuels have been around for years. Another plan in the making is having Taco Bells as refueling stations for the future of "self propelled cars" that run off natural gas. You do the math on that. They just haven't been fully developed. And as far as solar energy goes, theres an infinite supply of that. So you see, it is quite possible to be energy independent without starting a frivolous war for some other counties natural resources. Good day to you sir.

BUT... they also have the highest quality of life in their countries. Up the density of their countries to what India has... and you would have India. The streets teeming with poverty stricken hungry people, overwhelmed sewage systems... why would you wish that vision on the "Caucasian" countries? As it is, with the world's current recession, there are not enough decent jobs to go around for everyone, globally.

The technologies to deal with water and waste treatments and optimizing food production, all cost big bucks, and who is suppose to pay for all of that? Higher taxes all around? And all those increased numbers of people are going to need health care also. Probably moreso as in dense populations, diseases are much more easily transmitted.

This thread should NOT be a cry for Caucasians to increase their baby production in order to try to balance out the non-white race growth being more rapid than theirs.

Jobs? What has that got to do with anything? Every country in the world has plenty of "jobs" for people to do. The number of people in India who have "jobs" is about double that of the US, but what does that have to do with anything? Their total GDP is still about equal to California's.

What is this amazing philosophy that "Jobs" are the only great thing that human civilization has come up with in 5,000 years of enlightenment? A job, in America and in India and in ancient Sumeria, is what every person grovels and begs for in a world of many abject beggars and a few princes.

I suspect the Grim Reaper will thin the herd sometime in the next century. I would like to be one of the survivors to see the results of an 80% human die off.
