i just ate a big fat ribeye steak and it was damn good to!!! with a nice salad, best of both worlds

I love vegetables, don't get me wrong but I had some really nice corned beef roast tonight. I am in the mood for some Ceasar salad and some brisket, odd mixture I know but thats how I roll.

Maybe some asparagus and steak, who knows.

Meat does not inherently bestow "hemorrhoids". The same diet choices that can result in type 2 diabetes can also result in hemorrhoids.

In other words, meat isn't the problem. Unhealthy lifestyle is the problem.

Bullox, I have eaten meat my entire life, my whole family has eaten meat their whole life and NONE of us has ever had a hemmroid. In fact not even when I was pregnant which is in reality a causation of the condition did I get them.

If you don't want to eat meat then fine, do as you please but don't make up stuff to make yourself feel better about your decision.

My daughter has a friend who loves animals so much that she won't eat meat. Makes sense to me if thats how you feel.

I hate to burst your bubble, but my own experience as a vegetarian has shown me that vegetarians can get hemmeroids too. Vegetarians can experience just about any health issue that a meat eater can experience, though the odds favor better health for the vegetarian. EG: I'm the oldest ( presently 60 ) of 5 kids in my family and I am the healthiest of the lot by a very wide margin, even compared to my brother who is 14 years younger. All of my brothers and sisters are meat eaters, so my excellent health is more than merely genetic. The major difference is my vegetarian lifestyle.
