hmmm, I would say men deceive more, women probably gossip more, both of which lead to lies. As for competence, I think it's tricky as well. I feel like women are smarter, and the definitely advance in education, but women let their emotions get in the way more than men, which hinders competency so I guess that's a tie as well. I think there would DEFINITELY be less war with women in office though, no question, women are typically more nurturing, therefor would be less likely to give the ok to just go blow people up. Two women leaders would be more likely to want to discuss issues more, where as I feel like men would be more likely to take the we have more physical power approach.

My conclusion, after almost 26 years of marriage and 3 grown children - 2 sons & 1 daughter - is that men & women are DIFFERENT. Throw intellect, personality, temperament and birth order, and we're still DIFFERENT.

I know, I know... You are all profoundly impressed and grateful for my insight. And you are welcome!

Loking at the career fields women choice the analyical would not seem so. Lok at the history of wars it would alos appera that suffering is not so. Those are very p[erosonal experieneces really and men have acutaully alot more expoerience in suffering thru oput histiroy wehich is one reason men tend to think and prepare for these type things. Physically women are not thw eqaul to males and are much more emtional as part of their upbring from these differences in experience and expectations.

1. It matters not 'which' gender lies more ; both do . Its a universal problem.
2. Competency - It depends on what the issue is in particular ; sometimes its men, and sometimes its women who are more competent at something.
3. If Countries in the World were run by women, there would still be wars because war is a mankind (generic) problem.
4. Some women are too emotional to be satisfactory Leaders. Some men are too egotistical to be satisfactory Leaders.

This makes a debate? It sounds more like the beginning of a standup comedy routine.

Problems start when you make broad generalizations and accusations.

Or are you just a masochist and eagerly awaiting the women to eat you alive?

About those first two questions: are lying and competence supposed to be linked?

I think au contraire , women are more empathic and "olistic" while it's us who are more logical and analytical , generally speaking.

Ladies, don't get mad...but....

A funny moment from Chris Rock's stand up about the same question:

Who lies more? Men or Women?

A man's lie: I was at Kevin's house, while in reality he was probably
wasn't

A woman's lie: He's your child. (when the child, really isn't).....

Men lie more often, women are bigger liars....
