What are those Californians thinking? Looks like the nutbars in CALI just might circumvent monsanto's big money and Ag special interests?

Seventeen states introduced GMO-labeling legislation this session but very few of them appear to have a shot at a vote. With Big Ag providing major campaign contributions, it’s a hard sell. “They know that we’re here on this one issue but Monsanto is there all the time,” says Alexis Baden-Mayer, political director for the Organic Consumers Association (OCA). (The OCA also created the Millions Against Monsanto campaign.)

thank you...There comes a time in history when those who are being oppressed and terrorized by multinational money have to stand and say ENOUGH! If it weren't for fair minded folks to give us a platform, perhaps our message would never get out?
ANd when 90% of America is "scawred"[sic], it is pretty close to ALL...
KInd of like the devil's best line was denying he even existed...

This is getting boring, please post accredited information that shows 90% of Americans are "scawred" and "being oppressed and terrorized by multinational money"

Gotta admit zthatz, your conspiracy fantasies are very entertaining but you should really post them in the Joke of the Day forum so other people can get a laugh too...

I see you are admitting your earlier post was preposterous and you accidentally posted it here instead of the Daily Jokes forum....

BTW, in that article and the study behind it which you failed to read because it's beneath your dignity it has a link to the study itself which, like all proper studies includes the material and methods used.

Since you find the study totally flawed might I suggest you contact the authors ASAP and tell them how ridiculous and flawed their study is:

AgroParisTech, Génétique évolutive et amélioration des plantes, 16, rue Claude Bernard, F-75231 Paris, Cedex 05, France.

Just in case you want to tell them how stupid they are over the phone or fax:

Tel.: +33 1 44 08 18 14
Fax: +33 1 44 08 72 57

Maybe you should also contact the website that is hosting this study and tell them just how flawed and ludicrous this study is and how could they try to deceive and hoodwink their readers with something so totally wrong as this and to remove it from their web site:

http://www.sciencedirect.com/

This is sure to have folks ROFLAO--

Just this week, the President of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) stated that she was "scared to death" by the anti-science movement …spreading, uncontrolled, across the US and the rest of the western world." It is becoming increasingly clear that the anti-science movement is fueled and funded by a small group of major corporate interests and individuals. Read more in this recent expose in the Guardian. The goal of the attack on science is to stop much-needed government regulations on toxic chemicals and other pollutants (such as greenhouse gases) that harm health. One sign of the success of the anti-science movement is that this important NAS science report has been sitting unheeded for nearly three years. It's time for the EPA and FDA to sit up and take notice.

Man, seems all the URL's you post are nothing more than "XYZ urges" "XYZ" has introduced" or like this one, statements from some tree-hugger politician on how concerned/scared they are about science.

When are you going to start posting accredited/verifiable statistics on how many have gotten sick or died? (excluding Frenchmen who snort weed-killer).

Geez, I sure hope post #160 isn't just another link to another urges, has introduced or THEY KNOW THE TRUTH article/URL, that it actually contains unbiased verifiable comments...
