I want to know what (if any) non septic system dependent black water systems are available in the USA.
The goal is to create a bathroom on a site which already has power and water, potentially a decent grey water system but zero septic system availability.
The cabin is a year round vacation cabin, and we'd like to visit frequently so the toilet/black water system needs to be functional all year too.
I'm familiar w old style incinerator toilets, the one I used was just meh in functionality and needed servicing regularly.
We are open to and hoping humanure and/or new fangled technology will be the answer---what do you think?
If you want it to be legal, you need to check with the county and see what they approve. There are many mfrs of alternative systems, but counties pick and choose what they will accept. I looked at the humanure system for a cabin, I decided to have a more conventional "alternative" system installed.
If it gets just occasional use you might check the cost and feasibility of just a vault that gets pumped as needed. I have seen them used successfully.

I build my std systems 'stealth' (late at night).
Use Camo Netting over the site during the daylight (in case of drone camera or a visiting neighbor / inspector).
I have been known to make my own tanks and chambers (infiltrator type bed)
Do you not have a perk / suitable soils / appropriate grade?
Composting might be your only option. Seems we should SOLVE this by now... 100 yrs of indoor plumbing!
You would think that with the billions and soon trillions spent on climate change that there would be some way to figure this out so people could poop and not send it to expensive treatment plants and do not help the environment one bit.
Don't forget the Incinalet. You poop, it gets burned at high temperature. Used on boats. Used where water is most always frozen too. Can't push poop through frozen pipes.
