It's well know that traffic lights increase accidents at intersection. The object wasn't to reduce accidents. To do that you'd just remove the traffic light. The object was to improve safety. With red light camera there is an increase in rear end collisions and a decline in cars being T-boned by a speeding light runner.

If you are going to "use science" use it correctly.

The Tables are from BP. Enough said. Besides, the emissions reductions "pledges" for Paris Accord are voluntary and there are no penalties for not achieving them.

That's not going to happen with those whose interests lie solely in the partisan political realm.

??? Increase accidents to improve safety?

I guess we should probably hold suspect all your other conclusions around here too, but then, your side seems to think global warming will increase snow storms, so at least your lack of logic is consistent.

A collision where only the car is damaged is preferable to a collision where the occupants of the car are also damaged. Red lights and red light cameras reduce the latter. That is what we call improved safety. Not for the car. For the occupants.

Global warming in Antarctica is certainly likely to increase the snowfall. Antarctica is basically a frigid desert. It gets about 6.5 inches of precipitation a year. Warmer climate means more water vapor from the ocean which would translate to more snowfall. The average high temperature is about -50° F so it can warm quite a bit before snow no longer forms.

See how logic works Guido?

30 years of high-order fact and reason haven't made any impression on deniers. It would appear that many among them might simply be lost causes.

There's the old joke "Deniers use facts like a drunk uses a lamppost -- for support not illumination".

Well, I'd say that the deniers lack them both.
