Sounds cool to me. I am already into conservation, tho. I have been since the 70s. I never leave a light on . . . keep lighting low . . . I think it would be neat to have this happen all over the world.

We just bought a cool crank-up lantern and flashlight and they work really well...now I don't have to burn the "stinky" candles my husband hates so much .
