Your chart is 1990-2011. Since 2011 the industrial economy and pollution from the developing countries I listed have grown. China has had pollution problems so horrible the people have had to wear mask just to breath on the streets. Their smog pollution is far worse than what LA use to deal with in the 1970s.
US emissions have fallen every year since 2000 although we have not officially been part of any of the UN's fraudulent, ostentatious climate agreements.
Interestingly, Germany's emissions fell from 1990 to 2012. Then, after the Fukushima nuclear disaster in 2012, Germany decided to do away completely with its nuclear plants (Die Energiewende),...and its emissions have gone UP every year since then. --nuclear generation of power does not require any back-up. Solar & wind generation still needs the coal or gas plants to run at idle for back-up-- more emissions.
