Don't forget Russia, aka the Soviet Union, one of the solar system's leaders in toxic waste dumps, untreated sewage, and chemical contamination that makes them truly world leaders.

I think this was a good joke. Bush does have a sense of humor. The self-righteous Europeans needed a slap upside the head.

I'm not surprised at the ones who want to take away voting rights from anyone who opposes their view. Zimbabwe anyone?
