It will be called the Willis tower this year... its been sold to some NY investors for over 800M... create 3600 jobs? for what? less than a year? that's great... 350M for temporary jobs??...

Its a waste of 350M... that could of created REAL longterm jobs... when wasting money is better than nothing... we have a real problem...
