Yes I know, but I use an even smaller percentage of the green energy delivered into PJM.

BTW some reasonable amount of PJM energy is nuclear.

no it's not green, but better environmentally than coal, IMO. The problem with nuclear is cost. That's why none is being built.

LOL keep telling yourself that. The initial goal was grossed up by about 150% so that Waxman had some headroom to trade.
