Its really no problem to add a 220 circuit. But where i live it is coomon to have 220 run to the garage because many thing reqauire it;like welders.

What in sam hill is inside the cabinet in that garage, behind the car? It looks like the pre-amps and amps of a giant PA system.

If they want electric cars to actually become something usable by the general public, they're going to have to design them so they can plug into any 110 or 220 outlet.
