Did you mean poisons in NON organic soy products??

I do eat a few things that are not organic and soy protein including Cliff Bars.

EDIT sorry - Best to READ the whole PDF article - not just the web page article.

right, the pdf is excellent - I guess in my case I foolishly assumed that items called "Garden Burgers" would be fully non-toxic, so, live and learn. I suspect I have far worse things in my bloodstream, but I'll pay closer attention to the labels now.

IT is confusing. I do not eat much soy. but I eat cliff bars when I ride my bike.

It says that they use organic soybeans on the package, but but their 2nd ingredient is "ClifPro " which is soy protein isolate, does not seem to be organic.

I could probably just not consume soy at all and be OK even though we don't eat meat either.

Just curious, what's an "inorganic" soybean?

The "organic" mis-label has always bothered me. All food is ORGANIC, it's made from hydrocarbon molecular chains, isn't it? Petroleum is organic. Plastic is organic. Biological weapons are organic.

sponger, it means grown with the use of pesticides and herbicides. Is this a rhetorical question. You can look up the definition on google.

I understand that all soy is now GMO and patented by Monsanto. Monsanto also owns the herbicide that this GMO soy can be treated and still survive. Secondly soy is mostly grown on industrial farms where the soil has become almost void of minerals. If you are using soy I suggest you do some investigation about the soy that is available today.

Where did you get your info? Sorry, Donsabi, but there isn't a single thing in your post that is true. I suggest you do some investigation about the food you eat.

Somebody is feed'n you a line, sorry. Look into it, bud.

Take it easy.

I like a veggie burger every once in a while, with grilled onions, yum! I will only by the "organic" and the less ingredients the better. Have you ever read the ingredients on a morningstar burger? They must have 50 ingredients.
