Hi, we are looking for a development with large lots (3-5 acres or more) to build a house. We can, of course, just do a regular search for land for sale, however, where I am relocating from, it is common for developers to sell 5 acre tracts of land for development in more of a somewhat subdivision type of setting. Does anyone know of anything like this in the Kernersville general area? We can branch out if we need to. I appreciate any direction - I am extremely new to the area and don't know where to look. Thanks!
