Hey, I will be moving to Greensboro in the coming weeks, just graduated and got a job offer. I did a Co-Op in Greensboro but that was was about 2-3 years ago and would like to know some good places to stay. Looking for a 1br apartment no more then around $700/mo. Would like washer/dryer in unit

Also I know TWC is pretty much all there is but any other cable/internet providers such as U-Verse in the are and what is the going rate for HD programing and RR now a days? $120/mo?

Thanks!

Hmmm - I'm not up on my RR rates - I have DirectV and like it for what that's worth. Maybe look at Steeplechase out at Adams Farm for a 1-bed? Good luck!

Check out ghrh.biz. I rent from him and it's a really pretty area, close to downtown.

I would concur with this post. If I ever move back to Greensboro I want to buy a house in Adams Farm. An apartment there is the next best thing. I would also check out other apartments near Wendover Ave. There's a lot of housing options there.
