Pepsi Beverages is considering adding 200-400 jobs at its Winston-Salem call center. It could receive $500,000 in state and local incentives if it chooses the city over Fargo, N.D., Plano, Texas, and St. Louis. It employs about 870 in Winston-Salem.

Go Winston!! The article notes that the real competition is Plano vs. Winston Salem. It would be more appropriate to place the call center in Winston since North Carolina is the birthplace of Pepsi.

This would be great. But I'm amazed they have that many customer service people...I can't think of a reason I'd ever need to call Pepsi.

You might not need to call Pepsi, but any Pepsi retailer would need to call pretty often.
