Default South Asian population in W-S.
Is there any Indian (not native Indians )community in Winston-Salem area? My job will be in zip code 27105. I would like to rent a home now and buy a home in future. I am looking for a nice, quite, beautiful, good school (elementary & middle), no crime neighborhood. Which area I should check for residence with minimum commute with above parameters?

I have not heard of an Indian community, but there are Indians who live in and/or work in Winston-Salem. It looks like your job is near 66 (Old Hollow Road). Patterson Avenue is know for high crime, but if you go out Shattalon toward the country areas there are some newer homes with less crime. From Ogburn station to Smith Reynolds Airport you are talking higher crime rates. As you go North East and North West less crime. What price range are you looking at for homes?
