I think I read on a post that you're in the legal field too so you know how it goes. I'm a night owl by nature so I like working the later hours when I can. Unfortunately my current one is an infant death complete with autopsy photos...not a good thing to have on your mind right before you go to sleep!!
Zillow has some wrong info on my house too; however that wrong info is somewhere in the town hall records, because my recent tax revaluation assessment has the same wrong info. They do give the option of informing them of errors though. My house shows dozens of comps that were within 1/2 mile and we all have pretty much the same sq. footage, etc.
Plus, this is a very small town, especially after the beach season ends and the summer people leave. "Guess how much so-and-so got for their house" is a common question from some of my neighbors. I'll always know my market value here by word of mouth alone
