So what is happening in the area for Christmas?

I saw that Midway was having their Christmas parade this weekend. I was on my way back to SC before it happened. I may be going back up to see family over the holidays and was wondering what festivities are happening!

Winston Salem will have its Christmas parade this coming Saturday December 4. It will start at 5 pm. at the corner of Poplar and 4th streets. For the route and more info, check: Winston-Salem Jaycees Holiday Parade

I believe Greensboro's parade will be that same day, but in the morning.

Another thing to consider, the Festival of Lights at Tanglewood Park in Clemmons. This is their website: Tanglewood Park

More suggestions, anybody?

Pilot Mountain Christmas is off of Hwy 268 E about 2 miles from Pilot Mountain. It is a walking display, have heard good things about it and we hope to visit this year

Another is at 1776 Bradley Rd. in Pinnacle, which is a very large drive through light display, and approx. 10 mins. from the above one.
