Hi,
I'm a young professional (37) looking for recommendations for apartment complexes around or near UNCG. Any suggestion will be helpful. I'd prefer a place with onsite or nearby parking that is also close to downtown area.
Thanks

There are plenty of apartment complexes within walking distance, that have parking also. Shouldn't find it too hard. UNCG is pretty close to downtown as is, so just being near there would work.

I've done some research on apartments. Some are not as close to UNCG as I originally wanted. What can anyone tell me about the following apartment complexes: Battleground North, Ashbrook Pointe, Lincoln Green, Treybrooke Village and Abbington Place? Are they in good area? Have you heard anyting about people's experiences living in them?
Thanks.

There are some new apartment complexes being built less than five mins from UNCG. the spring place but that's like student type housing if ya know what I mean. There are some decent apartments that's between UNCG and downtown but the cost is a little higher. The ones from UNCG towards Market St. gets cheaper but it is a little further away. The ones you mentioned above is a bit far from UNCG but not by much. five-ten minutes -ish. Just type in the zip code 27403, 27412. There are also houses or apartments within the houses too/duplexes/etc. If you need more information, just contact me at niddie.com. J
