Perhaps the title of the last post insinuated that I was a buyer's agent. I am not, and I cannot remove that post so I will try again under a different title.

We are out of state residents looking for a reputable buyers agent (or relocation specialist if you will) in the Triad area to assist us in our relocation efforts to NC. We are looking for a new home, not yet built, in a new community, and our goal is to move by the middle of next year.

There are a lot of posters on here that have apparently moved recently, perhaps they can recommend someone.

Thanks...........

I'd simply go to the site maintained by The National Association of Realtors.
Look for professional designation ABR or CBR after an agent's name.
These agents have been granted a national credential which attests to study and experience in representing buyers as clients. Email a couple of agents and ask questions. Best of luck to you!

I understood your first post but since our criteria was different than yours didn't recommend anyone. Have you decided in which area of the Triad you'd like to live?

Cassie

Hi ripath...I don't work in the Triad...sorry for mis reading your post...I was half asleep and should have known better than to try to make sense! However...if you do not get a personal referral...I could always send you through my company's RELO dept. At least then, you'll get someone experienced and not a brand new agent. Worse case senerio...you do not have to work with them. Vicki

some of the rookie agents will do more of a thorough job than the seasoned vets as they are eager to please and to make sure they cross there "t's" and dot there "I's"

Just a thought....
