Adams Farm is a large development of homes, townhomes, condos and a few apartment complexes I believe. Not too far west Greensboro, but close enough to get to. Pretty close to Jamestown and High Point limits, so its in a very convenient pocket of the city.

Default Western Rental Homes

The Hamilton Lakes neighborhood off Friendly avenue is very family friendly. Look around the Guilford College area. There are some townhouse rentals/condos/apartments in the area off Muirs Chapel Road and Friendly Avenue. Communities off Horse Pen Creek Road and New Garden Road are also family friendly. These areas are quiet suburban neighborhoods, but they are situated off large, busy roads that are not pedestrian friendly. The New Garden Road corridor is developing rapidly. The Guilford College/Hamilton Lakes areas are older, established neighborhoods (but still largely without sidewalks). There are parks in the area.
